»Organizations

This topic describes how to create and manage your organization in HashiCorp Cloud Platform (HCP). Organizations are parent-level entities in HCP that contain your resources, including HashiCorp Virtual Networks (HVN) and server clusters.

»Introduction

While you can only create and own one organization for your HCP account, you may invite users to your organization. Additionally, users may be members of multiple organizations, however, the resources are tied to a specific organization.

»Create an Organization

1. Log into your account and choose Organizations from the organizations drop-down menu.
2. Click Create organization and specify a name and region.
3. Click Save.

»Manage an Organization

1. Log into your account and choose Organizations from the organizations drop-down menu.
2. Choose Edit name from the ellipses menu.
3. Make your changes and click Save.
